Conditions of use

Exchange or refund

Petite Lou & Co items are eligible for refund or exchange if they are sent back within 15 days after delivery and are undamaged. Any item sent after that time period cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Proof of purchase will be required for all returns. Refunds will be made only for items with original tags still attached and for items Petite Lou & Co considers unworn, unused, and undamaged.

Refund (If applicable)

All items sent for refund will be inspected upon arrival by Petite Lou & Co. An email will then be sent to you with a decision regarding your refund.

If a refund should be issued, it would be done using the same payment method as the original purchase. This will be done a few days after you receive the email notification.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refund, Unfortunately, sale items are final sale.  

Damaged or faulty items

Petite Lou & Co will only replace items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. If you wish to exchange your item for a similar one, please contact us at to open a ticket and make all necessary arrangements for the exchange.


If the item was a gift and the shipping address was your own, we will issue a gift card as refund for the purchase. Simply send back all items to our Pick-up Station, following our return policy. Please note that shipping charges will be your responsibility. Once the article is received, we will send you a gift card.


To return an item, please send us an email to to open a ticket and make all necessary arrangements for the return. Shipping charges will be your responsibility (Charges applied to original purchase are non-refundable).

Please note, delivery time will vary depending on your location.

All return requests with a value of 75$ or more should be insured and sent with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee we will receive the parcel you send.

Petite Lou & Co is not responsible for lost items during delivery (or out for delivery) of return parcels.
