Shipping & Return policies
Q: What are your standard delivery times?
A: Orders made to deliver in Québec are usually shipped and delivered within 7 working days. (Therefore excluding holidays and weekends for delivery)
For any other destination, you can have a look at Canada Post’s applicable standards:
Canada wide delivery: 5 to 7 working days
Delivery to the United States: 2 weeks
Europe delivery: 3 to 4 weeks
Q: Can I order even if I do not live in Québec?
A: Yes! Simply make sure you select the province and/or country when entering your shipping address.
Q: How can I return an item bought online?
A: All Petite Lou & Co items can be refunded if returned within 15 days after their delivery, as well as if they are unworn, undamaged and in their original package with the tags.
All refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived with a manufacturing defect.
An email notification will be sent once the return is completed.

Q: I can see my item has shipped, but I have not received it yet, what can I do?
A: If your order was truly shipped, and you still have not received it, we ask that you go through the following steps.
- Wait 10 working days after you’ve received the delivery notice.
- Check with your local post office if the package has not been sent there.
